Play  Learn  Grow!

  • Play-based preschool for ages 3 years* through kindergarten
  • Morning and/or afternoon programs
  • Relaxed, supportive, and culturally diverse environment
  • Experienced, caring, professional staff with low turnover rate

Our preschool has operated as a parent cooperative since 1940. While a professional teaching staff runs the program, member families own the school and are responsible for administration and maintenance. This helps keep tuition low and allows parents to be fully involved in their child's education. It also serves to build a strong sense of community among the families in the school.

Messy Art Day

Messy Art Day 2014

Sunday, March 23rd, 2014, 10am-2pm

Children aged 2-6 are invited to explore colors, textures and a variety of media in a safe, fun and messy environment. The activities of ECPC's Messy Art Day will reinforce the idea that "art is about the process". Household objects and recycled goods will be used to make this day larger than life. Children dive into shaving cream, make human spin art, climb into a confetti tent and much more!
