Steps to Enrollment

Arrange for a tour of the school.
Call the school at 510-526-1916 or email
ecpc_enrollment@msn.com
to arrange a tour of the school. You are welcome to bring your child on the tour.
Receive an Application
You will receive an application after attending a tour.
You must complete the application and return it with the application
fee of $35 by the date listed on the form.
Notification of Admission
You will receive a letter stating that your child's application has been accepted or,
if there is no space available, your position on our waiting list.
The Enrollment Chair will call you to set up a meeting to give you the enrollment packet.

Meeting with the Enrollment Chair
The Enrollment Chair will contact you to arrange a brief meeting to give you a school enrollment packet.
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is due at this meeting.
This fee secures your child's place at ECPC.
Parent Teacher Meeting
Your child's teacher will contact you to schedule a Parent/Teacher meeting.
During the meeting, the teacher/director will begin getting to know your
child through observation. You will return your completed enrollment packet
to the teacher/director and sign enrollment agreements at this time.
A refundable deposit of $350 is due before your child starts school.
The money will be returned to families after they leave the school,
once any outstanding tuition, fees, or fines have been collected.
New Parent Orientation
There is an Orientation Workshop held before the start of school year.
At this time, the staff presents the educational philosophy of the school
and attempts to orient the parents to the school and its routines.
This is a great opportunity to meet the people you and your child will be
working with in the coming year. All participators are required to attend.
